Collecting prescriptions is as simple as that.
Yes, you can ask someone else to pick up your prescription on your behalf. This could be a family member, friend, neighbour or carer, for example.

Proof of their identity (like a passport, driving license, or bank card).
You can order your prescription online with Well if you live in England* and have it delivered to your home for free. Our prescription delivery service is a separate service suitable for both single and repeat prescriptions.
Here’s how it works:
We'll send your prescription to you by Royal Mail post in letterbox-friendly packaging, so you won’t have to wait at home for your delivery. Prescription deliveries usually take around 3-4 days to arrive after they’ve been dispatched.

Not all prescriptions will be suitable for 24/7 prescription pick-up. We won’t be able to offer you the service if your prescription:
Even if our 24/7 prescription pick-up service isn’t available for your medication, we can still text you to let you know when your prescription is ready to collect if you sign up to our text notification service.
Contact your local pharmacy if you’re interested in trying the 24/7 prescription pick-up service to find out if it’s available.
To sign up, tell your pharmacy you'd like to use the 24/7 prescription pick-up service when you order your repeat prescription. They'll check your medication is suitable, and that we have up-to-date contact information for you.
We need your up-to-date contact information if you want to use our 24/7 prescription pick-up service.
Making sure we have your correct contact details also means we can get in touch with you for other matters too. We may contact you to make sure your medication is safe and appropriate for you, especially with medicines you've not had before. Or we’ll remind you if your prescription needs to be refilled.
If you think you're going to run out of your medication and you’ve not had a text message from us, please contact your pharmacy.
We operate 760 local pharmacies across the UK. Finding your nearest Well Pharmacy is super simple – just enter your postcode and we’ll let you know where we are so you can utilise our 24/7 prescriptions collection service.
