We are currently only able to offer our prescription delivery service to customers in England.
This service is different from our home delivery service provided by some of our community pharmacies. Instead of being fulfilled and delivered locally, your prescription will be fulfilled at our national distribution centre in Stoke-on-Trent, and sent in the post.
Due to current high demand, we recommend you order your prescription 14 days in advance. If you need your medication urgently, please get a paper copy of your prescription from your doctor and take it into a pharmacy.
Search for your medication to request your prescription. When you place an order, we'll send the prescription request to your GP.
When your GP sends the prescription back to us, we'll ask you to pay for your order. If you don't pay for your prescriptions, you can upload a photo showing evidence that you don't pay.
As soon as your payment has been processed, we'll send your prescription to you via Royal Mail. Delivery takes a few days.
Request and track your prescriptions on our app or website.
We deliver your prescriptions for free. If you pay for your prescriptions, you still need to pay the NHS prescription cost.
We'll put your prescription in a letterbox-friendly parcel and send it via Royal Mail.
We designed our prescription delivery service to make our customers' lives a bit easier. We know that finding the time to collect your prescription from a pharmacy is difficult – and if you do have the time, you've probably got something more interesting to do with it.
In a word, yes. You can manage your repeat prescriptions through our app or on our website. With everything in one place, you don't need to call or visit your GP, or even log in to their online ordering system to request a prescription.
Just tell us what medicines you need. We'll deliver the medication to your door, keeping you updated every step of the way. Most orders fit into letterbox-friendly parcels, so you don't even need to be in when your prescription arrives.
