We’ve been helping customers in our local pharmacies for over 70 years. To reduce the time you have to spend waiting for your prescription, we’ve redesigned our dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures. These changes also mean our pharmacists have more time to answer questions and offer support and advice, saving you a trip to the doctor.
To support the most vulnerable members of our communities, we offer a home delivery service from our local pharmacies. This service is only available to those who would otherwise be unable to get their prescriptions.
We also offer a range of services in our community pharmacies, from flu jabs to stop smoking support. The services we offer vary between stores, so check our pharmacy finder to see what’s available at your local Well.
We know our customers lead busy lives, and not everyone has time to get to a pharmacy to collect their prescription. Our online prescription delivery service means you can get your prescriptions delivered to your door, without visiting a pharmacy. Sign up for the service through our website or app and submit your order. Once it’s been approved by your GP, pay or upload proof you’re exempt from paying, and we’ll send it via Royal Mail.
