Some of our online pharmacy customers can now choose to collect their prescription from their local Well Pharmacy.
Order your prescription through our app, and collect from your local Well Pharmacy
This service is currently only available in some parts of England
Your prescription will be ready to collect in no more than two days after you've checked out
If you order through our Android or iPhone app, you may now see the option to Click and Collect your prescription from your local Well Pharmacy. This service is currently only available in a selection of our pharmacies across England. You can see a full list of pharmacies you can Click and Collect from at the link below.
1. When you pay for your prescription, or confirm your payment exemption in the app, you’ll see a screen showing delivery options. Select Click and Collect, and choose which pharmacy you’d like to collect your order from.
2. Once you've completed checkout, we'll send your prescription to the pharmacy you selected.
3. We'll let you know that your order is ready to collect. This will be no more than two days after you’ve checked out.
We're only offering the option to Click and Collect at checkout in our iPhone and Android apps.
That means if you use our website, you won't have the option to use Click and Collect right now. We're working on a solution for this and hope to be able to offer the service to all our customers in the next few weeks.
Not all prescriptions will be eligible for Click and Collect, but the vast majority will be. We'll keep adding to the list of medications over the coming months.
Our online pharmacy, well.co.uk, will remain your nominated pharmacy. This means that your GP will continue to send your prescriptions to us, not to the pharmacy you choose to collect your order from on this occasion. If you don’t select Click and Collect in the app, we’ll still send your orders to your chosen address.
