We deliver your products for free via DHL. If you pay for your prescriptions, you'll still need to pay the NHS prescription cost.

To create your account, complete our simple sign up process. If you already have an account, sign in on our website or app.
Search for the products you need and add them to your order. Set your delivery address and include any relevant details, such as measurements, in the notes section.
We'll send your prescription request to your GP for approval. Remember to order around 10 days before you're due to run out, so there's plenty of time to get your order ready for you.
Enter your payment details or if you don't pay for your prescriptions, we may ask you to upload some evidence, like a photo of a document to show you're exempt. We'll store your evidence for future orders.
We'll notify you when your GP approves your prescription and again once your order is dispatched. We'll send your order via DHL in discreet packaging.
The whole process – from ordering through to delivery – usually takes between 7 and 10 days, depending on how bespoke your order is. If you need your products urgently, please get a paper copy of your prescription from your doctor and take it into a pharmacy.
Due to regulations, we are currently only able to offer our delivery service to customers registered with a GP in England. This service is separate to our online prescription delivery service. Make sure you use the sign up buttons on this page to create your account and make your first order.
