Our refer a pharmacist scheme is available for Well employees only. If you know a Pharmacist Manager who is interested in joining Well and they are then offered a job and pass their probation you will earn £2,000.

Terms & Conditions

  • The scheme is open to all permanent Well employees across the business.
  • Individuals who have left the business or are working notice on the payment date will not be eligible for any payment due.
  • Should we already have the candidate registered that you have referred, we will notify you and no referral will be paid if they are offered employment with us.
  • Any payment due to an individual who is undergoing any form of disciplinary action, will be suspended until the outcome of the action is known.
  • Any colleague who is dismissed from their employment will not be eligible for any payment due.
  • Payments will not form part of P60 earnings for the purposes of calculating holiday pay.
  • Payments will be subject to normal tax and NI deductions, however are non-pensionable.
  • Anyone found to be abusing the scheme or acting fraudulently will forfeit any payment due, and will be subject to a disciplinary investigation.
  • The scheme is non-contractual and is operated at the total discretion of the business, which reserves the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time.
