Pre-registration training programme

Our pre-registration training programme provides the perfect foundation, training and support for you to become a responsible pharmacist with a commercial and clinical focus.

You'll be working alongside experts who are dedicated to helping you succeed. With support from your Pharmacist tutor, colleagues and managers, you'll have every opportunity to build up your experience. 

Once your pre-registration year is up, you’ll have the opportunity to progress your career typically by moving into a Relief Manager role. This role will enable you to develop your clinical skills, take on additional management responsibility and build your confidence. You'll continue to grow your commercial knowledge and people management skills and, when you're ready, your line manager will discuss further development opportunities which could include our expert clinical practice programme or Future Leaders programme.
